Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Agentic Juris LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("TopReel", "we", "us"), for your use of TopReel at topreelapp.com and in TopReel's apps. By creating an account or using TopReel, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What TopReel is

TopReel finds YouTube videos that pass our quality checks and plays them for you, in English, Spanish or Hindi, on your phone, on your computer or on a television you connect. The videos are hosted by YouTube and belong to their creators. TopReel does not own them and does not control whether they remain available. We choose and sort videos with automated tools, including artificial intelligence, and those tools can make mistakes.

TopReel also plays some videos of its own, such as how-to videos and short announcements, including in our apps for Roku and Fire TV. Those videos belong to us.

If you link a television, TopReel sends videos to it and moves it on to the next one, including for up to 15 minutes after you last use the app. You can stop it at any time from the app or with the television's own remote.

2. YouTube

TopReel uses YouTube API Services. By using TopReel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to videos played through YouTube's player.

3. Who can use TopReel

TopReel is offered to users in the United States. You must be at least 13 years old to use TopReel. If you are under 18, you may use TopReel only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

4. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can open that link can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Price and tips

TopReel is free. We do not charge for it, and no payment details are needed to use it.

You may leave a tip to support TopReel, once or every month. Tips are voluntary gifts. They do not buy any feature, content or priority, and TopReel works the same with or without them. Payments are processed by Stripe on its own pages, and Stripe's terms also apply. We do not see or store your card details.

A monthly tip repeats each month until you ask us to stop it, through the Contact page at topreelapp.com/contact or by email, and it then ends before the next payment. Tips are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where a payment was made in error and you tell us within 30 days.

6. Creators and share links

Creators may receive a share link. Which videos appear in TopReel, and how prominently, is at our discretion. Creators receive no payment unless we agree otherwise in writing. A creator may ask us at any time to stop featuring their channel or to stop contacting them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse TopReel. That includes trying to break into accounts or systems, scraping or copying the service, interfering with how creators are credited, sending automated traffic to share links, or using TopReel in violation of any law or of YouTube's terms.

8. Our content and your content

TopReel's software, design, name, logo and our own videos belong to us. What you choose and enter, such as your streams and their settings and the channels you add, remains yours, and you give us permission to use it to operate and improve TopReel.

If you make a package of channels and choose to share it, other TopReel users can see and use it, including its name and the channels in it. We do not show your email address with it. We may review shared packages and decline or remove any of them.

9. Emails

We send sign in links when you ask for them. We may also send occasional emails about your account and about TopReel, and each of those includes a link to unsubscribe.

10. Changes and ending

We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. You may stop using TopReel at any time, and you may ask us to close your account by emailing support@agenticjuris.com.

11. Disclaimers

TopReel is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available or error free, or that any particular video will be available or suitable for you. Videos are made by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.

Not professional advice. Some videos in TopReel are about health, supplements, insurance such as Medicare, government benefits such as Social Security, money or the law. They are general information made by their creators. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax or insurance advice, TopReel does not check whether what they say is accurate or up to date, and they are no substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Talk to your doctor before taking a supplement, and check with the agency or a licensed professional before making a decision about Medicare, Social Security, insurance or money.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to TopReel is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, including any tips, or $100 if that is more.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or to TopReel will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use TopReel after that means you accept the updated terms.
